Leadership in Municipal Governance:
He has actively served on board positions with the Alabama League of Municipalities and the Alabama Association of City-County Managers, helping to shape policies that support local governments across the state. His leadership has earned respect and recognition from peers statewide.

Understanding the importance of accessible healthcare, Mayor Oakley has worked closely with Cahaba Medical Center and Bibb Medical Center to launch new programs that address the unique needs of our rural population.
